Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any real money balance may be retained by wgs456 pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the real money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited in all closure scenarios where Terms have been breached.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wgs456 support. Voluntary closures are processed within two business days. Any remaining real balance will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method before closure is finalised.
